- Get clean 32oz quart jar
- Add 90 grams oats
- Add 90 grams millet
- Shake to mix
- Add 160 grams water
- Swirl to mix
- Put lid on
- Pressure cook @15psi for 2.5 hours
- Wait until pressure has completely dropped
- Carefully remove while still hot
- Shake vigorously to loosen any clumps and spread moisture
- Lay on side to allow moisture to evenly distribute
- Once cool shake again and ready to use
