Grain (Popcorn) Prep

1. Put desired amount of popcorn into clean pressure cooker ( .4lbs dry weight equals approximately 1lb of hydrated spawn)
2. Fill the water level to 3 inches above popcorn level
3. Pressure cook for 20 minutes at 15psi
4. Once pressure has dropped, strain and let dry for approximately 4 hours or until cool
5. Add 1 tablespoon of vermiculite to each jar
6. Fill each jar 2/3 with popcorn
7. Leave plastic unmodified lids 1/2 turn loose
8. Pressure cook for 2 hours and 11 minutes at 15psi
9. Once pressure has dropped open pressure cooker and gently hand tighten lids
10. Carefully remove jars (they will be extremely hot) and shake to loosen the contents
11. Let sit until cool
